Who pays for my training?

On ordering training we will ask you for a copy of our Entitlement Letter. This allows us to directly invoice the DSA funding body for the agreed amount of training sessions. If you have any questions about this process our office staff will be happy to talk this through with you.

How do I order training?

You can call us directly on 0115 727 0269 and our friendly staff can talk you through the order process. Alternatively you can order training by emailing [email protected]

Can I cancel or rearrange sessions?

Although we try to be as flexible as possible to help you manage training sessions we require 48 hours notice should you wish to rearrange a session.

What happens if I forget anything?

We will provide you with access to our Resources section. Here you will have access to a wide range of further training material to help you refresh your knowledge at any point.

How do I access the Resources section?

Once training has been ordered you will be sent an email providing you with an individual username and password. You can use this in the Resources section.
